Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Here are the answers to some of the most common questions I get asked. If you want more detail, or have a different question, please get in touch by dropping me an email.

Do you really live on a ship?

Sunset At Sea

Yes! For four months at a time I live on a cruise ship. The longest I’ve lived on a ship for in one stint was 240 days.

When I’m at sea I visit beautiful ports in the Mediterranean Sea, Baltic Sea, Canary Islands and Caribbean Sea.

My current ship is the Navigator of the Seas, sailing from Southampton for the Summer 2018 season.

Are you available for work?

Yes! I am available for work when I am in the UK. Please get in touch for information about my exact dates and I will be very happy to discuss opportunities with you. I have experience coaching developing talent, as well as presenting factual and entertainment shows on radio and television.

I am also happy to work on student degree projects if I am not otherwise booked as I appreciate the value of a solid education and practical hands-on training (and these projects are often a lot of fun a very creative!).

If you have something in mind, please get in touch and we can chat.

Where is the most beautiful place you’ve visited?

Looking up at the Cathedral from the Port in Lisbon

That’s a tough question for someone who lives on a cruise ship! I can visit more than 50 ports a year and they’ve all got something unique and special to draw the ships in. I particularly like Portugal and have spent many wonderful days in Lisbon, sight-seeing, shopping and eating in the Time Out Food Market.
